It's difficult. If you're not at a super high level I'd recommend deathmatch as it is the safest. If you've got meta gear and also aren't at a high level I'd say try flag capture. If you're him and consistent, do TF

How did you improve your aim?

I have a warmup routine of going into private maps and tracking the corners of walls as I move and jump around to work on my tracking. After that I play some team fights on pool and then deathmatches on pool. Lower sense is good for less shaky aim. Hope this helps
