This Camaro is slick and cool. Love the red Interior with silver stitching, LS motor Chrome n stainless. The young kid that's getting this car will like the stereo and interior that steve did!! Thanks for finding this glorious piece of history...

My name is Shawn Justice, I have done body work since I was 12, this is a new Dinocorn body. I really enjoyed building this car for Jimmy Alley, a lot of hours were spent on it and anything I needed I would tell him and he would order it. We have done a lot of custom fabricating on this . He is talking about building another one, hope he does soon. It was a pleasure building this one!

That's a true "Pocho Car" Back home in Hawaii, a Camaro sounds so portugese..my 2 stepsons had them...This is a beauty..love the interior..

That alpine head unit is the 8" or 9" screen which is the biggest double din stereo in the industry, it's between $1800 - $2500, very nice.
This is a high dollar build for sure...

If this is even an option for a 16 year olds 1st car... You can just about bet, he's used to things on this level anyway & will more than likely appreciate it as a 1st car but, not see it in the same way us droolers in the real world to! Awesome!

I would like to thank everyone for all the great comments and Steve Holcomb for the Awesome!!! interior. we have been working on the car for around 2 years. It has a LS3 motor with 650 horsepower 600 ft tq and a T 56 6 speed transmission. The front suspension is all Detroit Speed along with the rear suspension The car body is a brand new DynaCorn Body

A T/A would have been sweet to. They were the chit in that era with Smokey and the Bandit and all. I just liked the camaro I couldn't afford a TA but drove a couple and loved them too.

That is one very nice car, the interior is exceptional. For my personal taste, I would swap out the wheels for something less shiny. I also dont like exposed speakers in the boot (sorry trunk) but then that is just my opinion.

What I wouldn't give to be able to build something like that for my kids! You are right that will bring out the haters Brother! Most people can't just be happy for someone that fortunate. I hope the young person appreciates the opportunity they have and what a blessing it is to have parents willing and able to spend that kind of money for them. That is one beautiful car! Steve is a freakin genius man! Unbelievable! You can't hide money Brother. No matter how hard you try! LOL
I hear ya...I had a very nice first car....but I worked for it....not sure what the case is here..but if I have learned one thing...you can't give any buddy anything and have them appreciate it...I don't know the client on this one...but I'm with ya...I would beg the young Man that gets this car...to appreciate what he has.....there are car guys that work all there lives to just get a car 1/2 as nice as this one....this is a car that you can keep forever and it will always be cool.....and the longer you have it...the more you will appreciate it....please treat this ride RIGHT!!!...
ScottieDTV Amen to that Brother! I am one of those guys you speak of. Been a car guy my whole life and work on them for a living and don't even own one. Family was always first. I've had a couple toys over the years but nothing I didn't have to sell to pay bills or take someone to the doctor...you know normal life stuff. I would cut off a toe with a butter knife for something like this. I'm sure the young man knows how lucky he is.

I agree,,,they know how to rock a interior....he has work backed up out the door...and my guess is that it would be much cheaper to buy a new suite....but there is no doubt...he can do it...

+ScottieDTV My first car was a 1969 Camaro and pretty nice but not like this. I think it cost 3K back in 1984. Then I got a 1968 Camaro so it's in my blood to love these classics. Now at 49 I dream of having one again.
Right on...We are the same age..my first Car was a 79 Trans Am....than a 84 Z28....That was my favorite.....305 ho...still a carburetor car...lol....started out thinking classic..like a Judge....or Chevelle..But a 79 Trans Am in 82....I'll take it!!
+ScottieDTV I think the 69 had a 350 but the 68 had a 327 that had just been built and it wasn't stock. It had a major chop to it as I used to stop at a red light and my cousin and I used to watch the keys swing back and forth from the chop. It was wickedly fast for a small block. I never lost a race with it back in the day.
I loved the Trans Am and Z28's too but there is just something about the old body style of the Camaro's that keep me coming back. Seeing people use those body styles but making everything else modern is pretty cool. I sort of wish Chevy would do this with the new Camaro's.
