대부분의 태국 음식은 매워요. 따뜻한 밥과 함께 먹어야 합니다. 완전 맛있음에도 불구하고. 태국인들은 양념을 더한 팟타이를 먹습니다. 테이블에는 고객이 원하는 맛에 맞게 설탕, 고춧가루, 식초, 액젓 등 조미료 세트가 놓여 있다. 바질볶음이나 일품요리 더 맛있게 만들기 위해 풍미를 더하기 위해 생선 소스 칠리가 있습니다.
I like that they pick restaurants that haven't been on korean TV before. It's a great way for tourists to support local spots. Sometimes the food at these places is exceptionally tasty, yet they remain hidden gems. Good job y'all ❤❤❤

If you look at the background, the customers are also foreigners. They have food pictures and English menu while local street food that no foreigner come will not have pictures (because the local already know the dishes) and menu is in Thai language( no English). Anyway this place is far better than the famous touristy place that you have to queue up for hours.
@@vassanab4243 I apologize for any confusion earlier. What I meant is that this particular stall hasn't been featured on Korean TV. In a previous video, if I recall correctly, the owner of ThangMo shop suggested another restaurant, but it was declined because it had already been showcased on a Korean show. They specifically asked for a restaurant or stall that isn't very well-known to foreigners but is beloved by locals. I was praising them for maintaining the authenticity of the concept in the show.

Westerners might think that Pad Thai is the Thai national dish, they are not wrong. But for most Thais, there is another dish which is even more popular i.e. Pad Kaprao, stir-fired pork/chicken with holy basil leafs and red chilies. Pad Kaprao usually comes with a fried egg with liquid yolk. 7-11 sells Pad Kaprao with no egg. Pad Kaprao is so popular with most Thais that it is regarded as a "thoughtless dish" in a positive way. When you can't decide a quick meal to order, you would not go wrong to order Pad Kaprao without even thinking. It is a wholesome, satisfying, comfort meal for practically all Thais.

I have just had lunch and dinner at this place. And to be honest, they food are delicious and surprisingly cheap. Really recommend to eat there. They open til late night.

I'm impressed that you guys didn't choose to go to Thipsamai Pad Thai or the Mechelin star restaurant next to this one. Those "internationally famous" are not at all for locals. (They used to be but no more, since they focus too much on selling to tourists). These "unknown" smaller places you went are definitely hidden gems. The one you went for Pad Thai, Pad Pak Bung, doesn't even have a name on Google Maps. Well done. (I grew up around this neighborhood).
I love that the morning glory dish got recognised 😂 it's comfort food for family food my grandpa often made it although i don't like it when i was a kid cuz it's got only veggie😂

Eat Pad Thai with fork and spoon and occasionally pick green veggie and chew it. When Pad Thai was promoted by Prime Minister Field Marshall Pibulsongkram during WWII as a national dish, it was supposed to be cheap but delicious. Nowadays the price can be dirt cheap about US$1 on the street up to $10 in 5-star hotel. You can buy one at the price of $1-1.5 (35-50 baht) freshly cooked on local market but with no prawn as prawn is expensive. Pad Thai with 2 prawns can be had on the street at the price around 60-100 baht ($2-$3).

opposite this restaurant also have cafe called Ku roti (กูโรตี) they have very nice thai-tea southern style. once you tried you cant stop thinking about it. this cafe also have very roti that you must try.
