I remember seeing 'Exit through the gift shop' with my brother and a good friend of mine a little before Christmas. I honestly thought that Invader was the effing stuff and I actually visited Paris during the Christmas vacation. It was about the second-third day of our visit and we were about to go and visit Picasso's museum in Montmartre when we noticed a huge line spanding way across the corner. Nevertheless, I remember sitting down on a bench across the street from the museum and noticing a mosaic dedicated to Picasso by Invader. I swear, I literally flipped at that moment! I spent the rest of my days in Paris hunting for Invader art. Nevertheless, here I am three months later and I swear, that inspiration hasn't died off- I doubt it ever will. For some reason Invader's art really just spoke to me, it really appealled to my eyes. Thessaloniki, Greece-home of Byzantine mosaics- is where I live. It's starting to get a little dull over the years and I've decided to make it my duty to brighten it up. I know he probably wont see this but I salute you Invader, you changed my life. This goes out to every creative person, urban art is an art! Stop hating and start creating.
I feel the same way! I live in Tokyo and I saw “Exit through the gift shop” And I have never stopped loving these mosaics. The only problem is is that some idiots are removing them and SELLING THEM!! Every time I see this I yell “DAHM YOU MORONS!!” And you’d better believe that I don’t care if I’m out in public...
there's always gonna be haters in this world, just pushes real artists to keep doing what their doing. i respect this dude cause he's putting his own spin on graff, it looks like its supposed to be there.
Your obvious eloquent reply has answered all my arguments points, how you have dazzeled us with a rapier wit not often seen. Your understanding of this artists work must make you a treasure to him, for who else could verbalize in such a clear way what he is trying to say, Brilliant.
they have ladders that extend step by step then lock in place, dont think it quite fits in a back pack tho. also rope ladders work great, but is more of going over an edge, down a building, then on the ground up a building.
Bravo!
Ah Invader! What a pro. This video answered so many questions I had about his work. The video is a bit too long at parts but its in great style so well done!
Liquid nails. You buy it at any home depot or whatever. Will get chipped off by some guy that thinks order and discipline have a place in this world anyway. Great vid and song been watching since 2013 and still come back when blazed to make sure its still here.
Quick set liquid nails in caulk gun. Next best would be mixing 5min marine grade epoxy it would be harder to get off but you gottta hold the art till it s tacky enough to support its own weight.
I've seen these here in Australia, Adelaide. I wonder if it's an underground movement or if he was just copied? Also i'd consider this littering and not graffiti.. I wonder if the courts would agree?

Good work causes one to say, "I wish I had thought of that."
Actually, I wish I could go work with him sometime.
