      I'm pretty sure it is an MPV... The window arrangement and lighting clusters match... Happy be to change opinion with more evidence though.

      ***** It's the same style as DR98008 of which there is a video on my channel. Not many MPVs go to Swindon and DR98008 has been out recently

      ***** That would have been 6H07 (631U) Swindon Transfer - Cholsey operated by Amey. Amey don't run MPVs, if there is an MPV out it's operated by either GBRf, South West Trains or Network Rail.

      Looking on filkr, DR98009 looks exactly like an MVP apart from the position of the wipers, I would say from a brief look it is an MPV in a pretty much permanent adaption for electrification works...
