I always hold my plushies and say good morning 😊 That makes my anxiety less scary ❤

Some of your anxiety difficulties resonate with me SO hard and I've always felt alone with them!! the skin picking, social anxiety, worries about whether I'm spending my time well/efficiently/'good' enough, worrying about not knowing gym etiquette (I still haven't managed to go to one !!). I feel like watching your videos might genuinely heal a part of me

It’s crazy how just the act of watching these videos feels productive and calming to me. It fills me with hope I guess, of what my life could be like if I just choose not to give up? I’m chronically depressed, socially anxious and suffer from pretty bad ADHD induced executive dysfunction. I’m living in my own apartment (with a roommate who I rarely interact with) for the first time in my life at 26. I do work an office job unfortunately, so I’m in basically 3-4 days a week, and my routine looks a little bit like your old one, except I’m bad at meal prepping and aggressively caffeinate myself instead of drinking tea. I’m still in a bad place, I don’t manage a healthy ‘routine’ on most days, but every so often I’ll follow your tips and have a day where I feel really accomplished. I’m currently very circumstantially limited unfortunately, I live out of a room in a very dark apartment that does not get a lot of sunlight and can’t afford a pet since I’m in office more often than not. My work desk is less than a foot away from my bed which has had the worst impact on me. But I hope to someday be at a place where I live in an apartment I love and work a remote job that allows me to be more flexible. In the meantime, I’m trying to implement what I can from your videos within my constraints. It’s been super hard, I’ve always been ass at taking care of myself and barely know the first thing about tea or makeup or skincare or anything really, but I can relate a lot to you (down to your hair fall and IBS lol), so thank you so much for making these! I know I’ll be coming back to them often, whenever I need a little encouragement to keep going.

Welp! I was watching this video as shower motivation 😅 the struggle to change environments, especially from dry to wet, is so real!

I also hate showering and it's so nice to hear I'm not alone! But I do shower in mornings which I actually hate but it's just turned out that way and you saying that it would cause you anxiety paralysis made me realize that actually this IS what's happening to me and I didn't understand that! I would definitely stay in bed for too long and even after getting up I would find things to do just to not go in the shower. Oh my, I already have wanted to change that but now I see that I truly have to do that in order to get my mornings back, it will just not work with my anxiety. Thank you for giving me that realization! And overall I feel like I've never found a content creator before who I'd relate to in so many ways, even with obscure things that usually nobody is talking about (like that shower thing for example). So thank you for being openly you and letting us all feel less alone 😊

Aw your last couple sentences were so sweet, thank you 💛. I'm also so glad my shower anxiety has given you an epiphany haha. The thing about "finding things to do just to not go in the shower" is so real. I do that with washing my face - like it'll sometimes take me 20 minutes to "wash my face" but really its 15 minutes of me just bopping around doing random usually unproductive things and then 5 minutes of face washing. 🙃

I like to pick my outfit out the night before (if I really had it together I would do a whole weeks worth) and I’ll also pack my lunch for the next day.

This is actually so validating! There are days or weeks or months when all I can muster in the morning is to wake up, get out of bed, comb my hair. I feel so guilty and a failure when I can't stick to any routine. Thank you, Morgan!

Waking myself and my teenage son up with PLENTY of time before we both leave for the day is so vital. Neither one of us is one of those talkative morning people so we have to wake up with enough time to absorb the fact that it’s morning before it’s time to get ready 😅
Also most of the people on social media doing alllll that before going to work are not being for real. They do it for their video but I swear most social media morning routines that make us envious are fake

I used to sleep until the very last possible minute and then try to squeeze everything in before work and it always made me so anxious (and usually late for work). I now get up about 45 minutes earlier than I need to so I can take my time with my routine and I actually like mornings now and am way less stressed.

I had to fight to keep my 2 days wfh at my job, it makes me so anxious to go in and people talk to me all day, so I never get work done. The boss has no idea why people are quitting left and right (after he took away like half of people's wfh), I can't wait to quit soon 😅

THIS though X'D How does anyone exist whilst working full time in the office and at the same time having a kid or a dog. I just don't understand. We got a dog this year and we both work from home. I don't know how we would manage if this would be pre-pandemic life and full time office would still be a thing X'D

also- for your skin- seriously this also changed my life... stop using all the products. Use coconut oil for makeup remover... best ever! rub all over your face and then take washcloth and remove it all. Then take more and rub into your face and go to sleep. I swear your skin will be clearer than ever.
