My earbuds both stopped getting sound, but they were connected.

Wow. How to make listening to music unnecessarily complicated. Ditch shitty JBL and just buy wired headphones. They work endlessly well, sound (a lot lot) better and cost way, way less. Comes with the benefit of not needing any connection technology and not having to charge shit. Also no new contrived UX tap this shit to make that shit happen bollocks. I know JBL are low end but hey, you don’t need this completely, just buy a $30 set of plug in headphones and you won’t ever need any of this shit ever again and it’ll sound better to boot
