However, giving Indian taxpayers' money to another country that cannot repay it is risky, especially considering the numerous anti-India groups in Bangladesh that would oppose granting ports to India, neither Bangladesh is able to pay that much amount back to us.

Additionally, Bangladesh poses a significant challenge due to its location between West Bengal and Northeast India. Many Bangladeshi people harbor anti-India sentiments and might assist China in monitoring our actions. If China gains control over Bangladeshi ports, it will strengthen their position in the Bay of Bengal, which would be detrimental to India.

In my opinion, India should not provide any significant aid package to Bangladesh, as many Bangladeshis do not appreciate or like India or its successes. Based on my personal experience, there is a considerable amount of animosity towards India, often driven by ideological differences.
No never! Bangladesh should never be helped as it has already been bogged down by insurgents from Myanmar aka Rohingya. Why they are giving shelter to Rohingyas? They are building a lot of infrastructures to keep those Rohingya refugees and their reserves are getting depleted then why India will help them? Already, in certain facebook pages, there are those Bangladeshi people who spread hatred against India, so in my opinion, no bail-out packages should be provided.
