Eh idk when I used to go to a boxing gym and spar hard, I wouldn't try to hurt the guy if he wasn't on my level. Fought a new guy who didn't know what he was doing and I had his eyes rolling from just jabs. He later turned pro but if I would have smashed his face or ribs in, he might not have turned pro from injuries
