    I love this. I’ve actually got an engineering degree and I switched to working as a software engineer and now I’m trying to decide if this is the kind of work I want to specialize in, or if I’d rather try out front end, data science, or even go back to more of an electrical engineering oriented job. To those self-learning, just know that you’re not the only ones figuring it out as you go.
    Also, this channel seems like a solid resource, so it’s good you found this creator!

    This is what im doing incase someone is unsure what way they want to learn.
    My personal syllabus
    1) Freecode camp and each 300 hours is $30.
    2) TheOdinproject completing all the paths.
    3)codemy and other pay to learn sites.
    Im creating a payscale to reward myself.
    Im doing this for web dev on platforms, pentesting, and robotics(as a hobby).
    I plan on building a web page as a resume that's interactive and multi-layered. Im already starting the site as im moving through the css course on FCC. I have saved tutorial for building various robotic projects and hack this site is going to be a playground once im at that level of python and other languages.

  • @JediWebSurf
    @JediWebSurf 2 года назад +14

    I started to really learn to code using JavaScript in Freecodecamp . It was an easier language and path for me.
    What I really struggle with is taking the next step and learning libraries and front end frameworks like react and angular.
