Same thing but after you win all five you have to win another five in the same save, but with the added challenge of the teams you win it with the second time have to come from nations that at the time have their league rated *below* from where you won it the first time.

I’d say to give yourself a big challenge on the South American leg. If you can, go to Argentina, rebuild a club to break into the top three and reach that South American glory. Could go for Godoy Cruz, Banfield, Atletico Tucuman…
