I kinda dislike that he always tilts his head away from the mic when he sings higher notes. It's like he's still unsure if he can hit them although he's such a good singer!
a lot of singers tilt their head away from the mic in order to control the volume when singing strong/high/loud parts. (like Fran backs away a bit from the mic when he shouts and whoops during this song so you get the boisterous "HA! Whoo!" without it being too loud for the mic/audience.)
His voice is just not the same as in hiss 20's, that's ok, and you can see it in a lot of the vids on youtube how his voice is strained when trying to hit the high notes live...

jackuon yeah, i know. but he almost does it too often and gets too far away from the mic, in my opinion
