Mushak 6.3 is mandatory to bring with any supply of goods and services. National Board of Revenue (NBR) set 10 responsibilities of taxpayer. One of the main Responsibility is to Ask for VAT Invoice (Mushak-6.3) during purchase and issue the same during sales. So, its important to know how to fill up the mushak 6.3 form.
New VAT act 2020 has bring some change in Mushak-6.3 form. Now it has 11 columns instead 10. New column has added for rate of SD. New VAT act has minimised some inconsistency which involved previously.
মূসক ৬.৩ পূরনের নিয়ম
নতুন ভ্যাট আইন ২০২০ অনুযায়ী কিভাবে মূসক ৬.৩ পূরন করতে হয় তা জানতে পারবেন। নতুন ভ্যাট আইন কর চালানের উপর ব্যাপক গুরুত্ব দিয়েছে। যেকোন পন্য বা সেবা সরবরাহের সাথে করচালান বা মূসক-৬.৩ প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। সরবরাহের সাথে এটি প্রদান না করলে সরবরাহকারীকে তার মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে নিষেধ করে আইন করা হয়েছে।

We have no Godown and how can we calculate VAT on my Import Lift! Could please advise me accordingly!
