This always happens between Bangalore-Kengeri section I seen these type of phone snatch Request all trains Travellers not to sit or stand on doors with there belongings Be careful stay safe 🙏
I have spoken with officials long time back. Unfortunately with limited staff its impossible to catch these people unless clear pictures of them are received and they enter railways premises again at the same time.
This is so also in Mathura outer station where people wants darshan of Yamuna and many other outer stations and big river bridges also. Thanks for cautioning
