If you're gonna go Minion focused Yorick, Mord is kind of a necessary ban, and Serylda's Grudge + Black cleaver goes nuclear. Eclipse is also just pretty good in general on him and is doubly so with Apex Inventor.

The only reason you weren't able to handle morde late game was because your summons worked against you. Morde's heal from passive full healed him in less than 5 secs because of the amount of minions 😂
