I was taught to see myself as equal to dirt, by parents and siblings As an adult.... I have to fight myself against NOT STANDING UP FOR MYSELF. I seek fair-handedness, but when it's not given, I struggle with myself, in even seeking redress of grievance. I tend to comply and move on, when disrespected. I'm learning to complain with respect so the arse-holes have no excuse BUT to listen to the SUBSTANCE of my complaint, and not change the subject to HIW It IS that I complained. See the difference? The tyrants shall try to bitch about HOW You were yelling and screeming, and THAT'S Their excuse to NOT LISTEN TO YOUR CASE. See how that works? Theyll look for REASONS to ignore Your Case, however rightly you have to be angry. So, speak steady and get the names of everyone involved and if matter is not addressed appropriately, request an audience with the Higher Up. And if that person doesnt address issue with the right response (firing, reprimand), request to go higher. When that doesnt work, attend a council meeting and tell your story, get a petition going, to issue ounk slip to the irresponsible individuals all covering up for each other .. Because the System IN GOVT...IS A GANG.
