And you should always keep reading troubleshooting methods and see videos like this to stay sharp. One of the things I have found in all my years of doing this work, is that there is always someone out there who might have a more efficient way of doing things, or maybe stronger in some aspects of the electrical trade because they are more exposed to that particular part than you may have in your own career. When you are first starting out, you look to the old pros for tips and know how. But after you have become an old pro, you find out that you are always learning, no matter how long you do it. So people like you who make materials like this are doing something very helpful, so thanks for sharing!🙂

Using a burner to test the heat detector is not advisable as it will damage the sensor, heat sensors like that has a setting of temperature to make an alarm thus an appropriate heat sensor tester is used. Nice and informative video by the way..
You never check the controller out put it's have the interlocking system. If you run the incinerator after the purging the incinerator pilot burner will fire and main burner will not fire . What was the fault is K 14 or the controller ? Please explain. Thanks.
Kindly msg me when ckt open then showing 110 volt when circuit close it show 0.617 volt like this .when voltmer one probe place in line and other probe open , so how will recgonise that its circuit close voltage or multimeter normal voltage
This is incomplete video, you didnt tell why one of contact of K14 is open contact and how to solve the problem and after solving problem did motor start or not, secondly burner motor has different interlock until and less these interlocks are not activated you cannot start the motor.
