Morihei Ueshiba - Suwari Waza - Hanmi Handachi Waza

Suwari Waza is the generic name for techniques performed by practitioners seated opposite to each other in the seiza position 正坐(sitting on one's knees), the formal style of sitting in Japanese culture.
And Hanmi Handachi Waza, a person sitting in seiza 正坐 defending against a standing Uke 受け (the receiver of the technique).
