Sen Riza Hontiveros should not stop here and should initiate separate senate probe and find out, expose those agencies involve in facilitating Guo's documents (faking birth certificate). Bureau of Immigration, PSA, Tarlac LGUs, must be investigated some of them may have accepted bribes. This is serious issue and involve national security of the country.
