It was a nice video mam get a lot of valuable content to learn and apply in my own life
To be a good English speaker, you should start the method "shadowing" technically it's a practice to memorize all the dialogues and conversation from maybe a podcast, movie or series.
How to do it..
Step 1: Download a movie, show or podcast (whatever you enjoy) in English. Make sure if it's movie or show it has a subtitle as well.
Step 2: Start watching the show.. and the moment the first dialogue is delivered, at the same time say it out aloud the same dialogue (maybe at first you probably wouldn't really get all the words) but finish the movie/show.
Step 3: Rewatch it and do the same practice as step two. This time you might catch more words and keep up with the pace of the dialogue.
Step 4: repeat this until you memorize the whole movie/ show (episode)'s dialogues.
Step 5: now you've memorized all the but make sure it keep repeating it out aloud orally (not in your mind).
And see the magic at the end of the fifth or sixth movie you'll be quite fluent. It may take months but it works like charm.. and don't stop the practice make sure you keep learning new movies all the time (even if you've gotten to enough fluency). It works.
The method is called shadowing. There are plenty of RUclips videos explaing if you want to know more about it..

I always want to try to speak in english but It was my biggest mistake to think in hindi all the time.
I think first 'P' that is 'promise' most important because we already have started many times but if we try to remember where did we end and we are not able to do that hopefully and it's because of that lack of 'promise' quotient.

5. And if possible, talk to english with anybody... Stranger/ children basically try to create a English environment.
Always clear in mind i definitely make a video every single day. It's my promise.. not go to perfection from! 1st day just do!! after few days u find clearly difference 1st video and 21th day video.🙋🏻♀️😎
