It's impossible to count all the mosaic pieces but I'm estimating 8-10 packs for mirror mosaics, about $400-$450 CAN dollars. I only used premium mosaics. This will depend on the size of the client's belly and how close together you glue the mosaics.
This particular cast was very thin and weak. A client has brought it to me. I applied a few more layers of plaster bandages to harden it before applying mosaics. I would recommend that you do the casting yourself, it will save you extra work in case the client's cast is not in the best condition..;)

The quantities of materials will differ from one cast to another depending on the size of client's belly and the size of the frame and the whole piece and how detailed you want it to be. In this case everything as personalized and made from scratch, even the frame was restored.

What kind of glue did you use for stick the pieces
Did you apply the tile on the regular cast or did you harden it with plaster of paris, and then put the tile?

How did attatch the cast into the frame?
This particular cast was reinforced with wood, glued to the plywood and plastered for optimal support.
