Innovation is the key to winning this challenge. The 12 home cooks must create a dish using the ingredients from one of the three signature dishes presented. At the 30-minute mark, three dishes are disqualified based on innovation, and at the 60-minute mark, 3 more are disqualified for presentation. Only six dishes will be tasted, with the best securing a spot for the week. All three chefs will taste the dish to select the best among all.

Food industry me vegetarian chef aur hotels ki log value kyu nhi krte?
Vegetarian people can also cook great food.
Just because of compulsion of cooking non veg in hotel management and cooking colleges//degrees, strict vegetarian people don't even get into competetion. Respect our food choices and religion.
Please don't force people to cook non veg.
I wish the awards like michelin, etc is also considered for strict vegetarians.
I hope, more vegetarians get love, respect and good career in this industry.
