After a quick Google serch, helicopters are allowed to operate in residential areas including landing on private property as long as they have homeowners permission and fallow any local regulations. Also the only time a helicopter needs to contact the ATC would be entering or leaving controlled airspace, like in and around airports.
Nice Video , the Havok is a very fast chopper when fully upgraded and plus it's a very tiny and narrow chopper . The Buzzard is very good because of the unlimited lock on rockets or non locked rockets and the two barreled miniguns.😉😀😁 And btw your content is amazing keep up the good work.😉😊😁😀

I feel like the havok could be good for selling anything in a solo session(if there are ai’s, don’t forget its bullet proof) and it’s slightly faster than a buzzard, they both can be spawned from the ceo menu, But I’ll let you have your opinions(and I’ll support them), I just believe that I like the havok more-

Nothing can beat the buzzard as of right now. Unless they make some kind of chopper that can be called in by ceo, take more than 1 rocket to blow up, have engine and handling upgrades, bomb bay, and explosive mini guns.
havok minigun buff ~3 seconds of direct firing to destroy a vehicle, idk about 100% armor on like a super car or something, and dont even attempt to tackle a heavily armored vehicle with it

Why do so many people defend the havok??? It's small, it fits only one person, it has only one minigun (buzzard's got two) And it's more expensive than the buzzard, since the minigun is an upgrade (CEO havoks don't have the weapons; buzzards do)
Across your series I wonder why u even bother doing window glass cosmetic bulletproofness? They're not accurate to their actual bullet protection for its occupants, like this Havok example its glass does not shatter but clearly the bullet passes right through, it's the opposite with the Halftrack where its front windshield shatters but it's completely bulletproof.
for the money the buzzard is better. looks like the only thing the havok has on the buzzard is it's a hair faster when upgraded and can take a couple extra explosive sniper bullets. unfortunately with the havok you cannot take your friends with you across the map
