Hey hun!! I didn’t say in all cases, I said most! Plus, Ashanti is considered an anomaly. Because in addition to her being pregnant over the age of 35, she is TOURING (traveling multiple show dates in multiple states, running multiple businesses, making celebrity appearances/interviews, etc.) she would PROBABLY be on very little duty with all that going on, and was released to continue doing shows even after being admitted to the hospital for dehydration and other problems she was experiencing (per her words on stage). Even not being pregnant, entertainers body take a toll touring because it’s an unorthodox schedule and commitment due to lack of rest. And when i say bed ridden, I’m not speaking like only go to the bathroom and back to bed 100% (like Wendy Williams was). In general when pregnant women are bed ridden it just means rest and don’t do too much because a lot of women (not all) have a tendency to be doing everything lacking rest!!!

Because in addition to her being pregnant over the age of 35, she is TOURING (traveling multiple show dates in multiple states, running multiple businesses, making celebrity appearances/interviews, etc.) she would PROBABLY be on very little duty with all that going on, and was released to continue doing shows even after being admitted to the hospital for dehydration and other problems she was experiencing (per her words on stage). Even not being pregnant, entertainers body take a toll touring because it’s an unorthodox schedule and commitment due to lack of rest. And when i say bed ridden, I’m not speaking like only go to the bathroom and back to bed 100% (like Wendy Williams was). In general when pregnant women are bed ridden it just means rest and don’t do too much because a lot of women (not all) have a tendency to be doing everything lacking rest!!!
