Really like your channel...good information. I wish you would add more details (video) around things like how the transitions between roof panel and wall panels meet. Its where the ease cee purlin has the wall panel and roof panel intersect I would really appreciate getting a glimpse of that on your next video, please. I try catching those details from afar but I just can't seem to catch that detail. Your one video about the metal build with all the welding details was excellent. Those are the kind of videos that help those who are on a budget and have to do much of the work ourselves...even screen shots and/or simply diagrams would be helpful.

I have been watching a couple “Texas Barndo” Builders on you tube. Eric by far is the best of the best. Cream of the crop, I hate when a builder says KINDA or A LITTLE like this , Eric Is precise or at least as best as he can be

Oh come on, Erik! I was hoping for the low down on that whack Lazy Susan inspired shoe tree in Leroy's closet! What I see, I liked- Leroy didn't go big on footage, he went big on quality for his family's life- awesome! Not sure why you two were picking on the college gals- they went to school to learn about what you have spent merely hours of doing and a fortune on video gear! Love your hobbies,Erik! Theater Arts was my minor- none of it made me any money so I fell of into the "family trade"- plumbing! I could smell that banana nut bread all the way up here in Dallas!

Eric, one question. Generally speaking and you can be vague but I would just like a ballpark figure, What would a barndominium like that cost a buyer. Someone off the street that was not an employee or good friend of yours.
