I dont know why builders are ignoring wash areas? Oka house annaka kitchen bedroom bathrooms elago washarea also mandatory. To wash utensils or clothes oka seperate place vunte baguntadi. I dont like keeping washing machines in bathrooms :(

You should never buy villas. Just buy a plot and construct and you will save lot of money. Villas are charged exorbitant and you are not sure of quality construction.

Buying apartments or Villas are worst and utter waste investment because they charged very exorbitant price and also apartment value will come down as time pass on. One of my friend saw a Villa of 200 yards where he was quoted 2.9cr and my friend decided to buy land and construct and he bought a 350 yards land for 80lakhs and constructed a very posh beautiful house for 40lakhs. Some Realtors make 1cr profit. My friend always says that we should negotiate for 45% less price for the quoted amount for buying villas or apartment.

if you are buying a villa for 2+ crores why do you want to use used furniture. it is better to buy without furniture and interiors for 2-2.5 crores and do interiors with 30lakhs
2.25 cr for villa is very exorbitant price. At same villa locations if you buy a land and construct it will be just 70-80 lakhs only.
