@@hannes0000 ok, I thought, that might be the case, keep up the good work. Maybe a small tip, you can put subtitles in some cases, like this is a neutral ship, etc. with youtube resolution, we don't actually see the small flag and must only assume, that it was so. You know when you are making some decision, that might be harder to understand for us, subtitles might be helpful

Give those poor guys an opportunity to rest mate, that is why they are so fatigued and demoralized.
I actually do it on purpose at the start of new campaign. I sort out the cowards to get full sea wolves crew.
