Seems like the company needs to invest in a few more haul trucks. The crusher spends a lot of idle time waiting on material. In regards to another commenter's observation of ore hung up in the bin. That's a good thing. It protects the metal surfaces from wear.
That skirt worn in the bottom of the mantle really slows the flow of rock through the crusher. We used to scarf that off with a burning bar when the mantle got worn to get a little more life out of it.
🤨 - A lot of rock left perched on the sides of the hopper, needs a vibrating thing to shake it, so all the rocks are efficiently crushed/an excavator arm to push/sweep the rocks into the crusher, operated by a mine worker, the ill design of the crusher; of the two supporting arms of the top bearing for the crushing cone, being on the same side to where the dumper trucks are tipping the mined ore into the crusher 🤭😕. Also to see that the second truck had to wait for one lot of rock/ore from the first truck to get crushed, before tipping its load in = so the crusher doesn’t get overloaded/the 2 different ores from being mixed at the output
Couldn't somebody go around when nobody's depositing the ore and just knock some of that stuff down with a long bar with maybe a heavy plastic at the end? grappling hooks?
The dust needs to be something that is flammable. Flour, when dispersed into the air is flammable as well as dust generated in grain elevators. There is one case where some plant that worked iron and steel accumulated iron dust in the rafters and when the building shook the iron filing dust came down and ignited into a fireball! But rock dust is generally not flammable.
Hello from Indiana USA. 👌🏻👌🏻
Has a rock crusher, dumps sand in it. 😬
That’s the Sarlack after jabba the hut got blown up.
I put "gyratory cone crusher" into the youtube search window and some better explanations came up for viewing.
Sounds like Detroit 2 stroke Diesel engines at work in those dump trucks . . but I haven't checked!
seen to mst hai
Eine Alien Technologie könnte dieser crusher sein 👽
Amazing👍👍👏🏻👏🏻
27:07 and finally it happened !! Now I can sleep easy
Oh thank you! I'm going crazy watching it
Thanks for ruining the movie for me
good
It'd be good to see the final result.....

Ok it will be try
One mining dump truck can cost around $5 million (€4,3 million).
Nice video 👌
Thank you for the video . I hope you make more like this one !!!
The sign….Stop men at work…they’re all standing round near the hut scratching their heads 😂😂

Does anyone else want to get into that thing and give it a sweep. Or is it just me.
That drop at 34:15 was superb.
Agreed. I've not seen better.
watching the silt getting ground up is as exciting as watching paint dry

Really, really interesting content......... NOT!
why zoom in so much 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
This crusher is bored to death.
A lot of power is being waisted, they need more trucks to bring product in!!
What's with the different colors of rock brown vs gray?
Different grades of ore. Looks like they blending low and high grade iron to get a decent average per ton of FE.
Imran
How does it work? Is it super power motors running the thing or is it the momentum of the gyrating cone that crushes?
It works by the help of eccentric.
Cemen?
Not proffesional video
Is this whole video 36 minutes of staring at a crusher?
No only top view was of crusher
Couldn't somebody go around when nobody's depositing the ore and just knock some of that stuff down with a long bar with maybe a heavy plastic at the end? grappling hooks?
1600 tons per hour,I dont think so
Why is some of the dirt red while other looks like coal dust
DEAR God chill out captain closeup . way too close too many times
What is this about ???
Why the hell you keep zooming in for?
Why the sparks ?
Due to friction
@@TECHNICALINFOMINING
as I suspected but even the smallest stones create sparks. what does the hook weigh?
First 10 minutes you should tell people to skip 😡😡😡
i would think sparks and dust are not a good combination
These rocks can not burn.

Kya hai
What exactly are they mining?
Believe it's iron ore
Yes
Oh how boring is this ffs 🤦♂️
1600 tph?
Yes 1600 tph
Tons per hour.
Amatör kamera
Dein Video wackelt zuviel, es ist unscharf und du zeigst zuviel die leerlaufende Maschine. Dislike!
5 minutes of boring nothingness !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
