He doesn't yet understand that, even if it IS lucky, it's luck can run dry and turn into bad luck. Sometimes you gotta mix it up.
@@strikeranimus2721 to each their own. I prefer a concept where luck is like one of the things tied to a person they cannot change. Out of my pulls I usually get only 50% ops that I wanted or pulled for and 50% are those that I didn't need or even wanted but they're very useful (Surtr, Bagpipe, SA, Phantom).

I calculated that it's about 430 Pulls, with a total of 13 6* that's one 6* every ~33 Pulls and almost exactly on the 50/50 Rate.
So surprisingly, it wasn't even that unlucky. Tough, double Chen offbanners must be some sort of a Vifer special.
