As a black fella, I find this podcast invigorating and informative, I did not fully understand CRT until now. Now I know where this theory came from, it’s chief architect. I have studied the tenets of Marxism and found them fascinating but failed. I personally believe that this theory should not be imposed on people who share a collective history with us who operated on the other side of the rail.
Thank you for bringing this information to my attention, cheers!

There was nothing 'failed' about marxism, there has been no society built on anything close to marxist principles. Which of the 'tenets' that you studied told you that, or did you just watch a youtube video. America is now defined internationally as a 'plutaucracy', one where the government is controlled by a very few powerful people. The idea that you DON"T think america has 'failed' and that 'workers controlling the means of production' when even the moderate NON marxist notion of unions has been the only thing keeping most americans out of poverty is kind of ludicrous.

The Critical Race Theorists might not have a desire to govern, but their pay masters do. Their pay masters behind the scenes are clever and see them as soft-headed useful idiots ready to sell their soul for a safe salary.
Their pay masters have no ideology, all they want to do is agitate, disrupt, confuse, create chaos and conflict among all those outside their tribe and will rub and exaggerate and exploit any grievance they can find - race, gender, sexual orientation - and use any label - "socialism", "communism", "anarchy" - to cover their agenda, which is debt slavery.
Their masters use a pincer strategy, control capital and compound interest and the judicial system from one side and sow social discord from the other so that one day when all seems hopeless and lost, they can ride to the "rescue" and impose their totalitarian, bureaucratic one-party police state like in the good ol' USSR.
They don't care. They will do whatever works to undermine stability - family and community and transcendental faith - and gain absolute earthly political power. They want to get at the means of production by destroying the traditional "superstructure".
They are pure evil. Soulless. Heartless. Blinded by greed. Paranoid.
But they have a surprise coming. Man does not live by bread alone. There is an active, lively, dynamic LOGOS beyond their understanding and grasp and reach. They have no head for heights. They underestimate conscience and dignity and spirit.

Who told you you were black? Probably the same people that told you these phrases were taken from the greatest founding documents of any nation on Earth:
      Racism in Declaration of Independence:
“He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.”

Article 4, Section 2, Cause 3: No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or Labour may be due.
14th Amendment: (in part) 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed…

What's changed: (1) 2 generations turned over, shifting balance in far left's favor; (2) new technologies facilitated network effects, rapid sharing of practices by activist-academics, & virtualization of life for everyone favors postmodernist & identitarian ways of thinking; (3) failure to punish elite class for 2007-8 and Tea Party/Occupy incentivized elites to find a new legitimating narrative (rather than meritocracy), ideally one that could be used to divide & rule.

yep, will said, and in Australia, the socialist agenda is only now starting to accelerate - after the last election there, 96% of the country (population-wise) is now managed by socialist-leaning governments at the state level, and of course, it's the same "one-think" at the federal level, not to mention the majority marxist-dominated metro councils in every large city. Australia I think is THE "western democratic" country to watch over the next 3 years in terms of implementing the "transformation" into a socialist dystopia - will it descend into the basket-case that is New Zealand, or will its citizens have the testicles to surgically remove the cancer (as Australia has done several times in the past). I see that your Dan Andrews, the world's Lock-Down King, has already been back to China on a "no media" trip......Belt & Road attempt #2??? - he needs something to pay off the astonishing debt he has built up as Premier of Victoria. There was an Italian communist called Gramsci who lived about a hundred years ago. He had a philosophy that communism couldn't succeed at the ballot box so in order to destroy Western capitalism the idea was to get Marxists into organizations of power and influence such as politics education the judiciary the media where they could beaver away spreading their poison behind the scenes. Universities have become repositories of Marxist propaganda. Western societies weakened by the battering ram of mass migration. Police and the court systems fail to contain crime. This is smart only if you WANT the population un-educated. Further, my friend, the more progressively liberal a person's education is, the more uneducated they are. Taking the word to mean what it truly means. In other words, these people live in fantasy world, totally out of touch with reality, they do not understand the common person, or the world apart from them. These people are "elite" and don't know sorrow -- so they GENERATE it, from their ivory tower, as they travel the path of arrogance, to their own demise. Critical Theory (of which CRT is merely one facet of) was founded by the think-tank known as the Frankfurt School. Most of these marxist intellectuals fled Nazi Germany due to their Jewish ethnicity. They ended up being welcomed with open arms by the existing liberal academia, where they continued their work on CT. The CRT egg merely hatched in American Academy - but it was conceived in the Jewish Frankfurt School.

American Educators decided that what was good for the goose (the Soviets) was also good for the gander (American Schools). So it was decided to manipulate the minds by limiting knowledge, in accordance with Lev Vygotsky's Educational Philosophy, and this was used to promote something in American Public Schools, called "Standardization" which limited what the American Student would learn. Good, clear, gifted speaker. Wanted to like his content. Academically stilted, rather weak foray into complexities such as Marxism, he delivers a critique that is simplistic and "synthetic". It is so frustrating to see pontification in a vacuum, especially with academics who think they are cute, whether in a conservative (like here) or liberal think tank setting. There can be no learning without someone in direct opposition lecturing just before or after him and then having a panel session likewise divided by people on either side of the issue. Imagine hearing a fanatic Israeli side of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict without hearing a rabid Palestinian perspective!! - you basically learn nothing, so this is empty education. The real education starts when you have to accommodate different views to come to common solutions to a problem. If Christopher knew he would have to debate, and had to actually contribute to resolving the "debate", he would have had a much different presentation, as ideas such as those at 3:28-4:44 and 11-11:30, would be demolished. In his very useful parent's guide for discussion of CRT in the classroom, he understood he had to come down a few notches, because how it concerns the need of parents with diverse viewpoints to deliberate over content in their child's education. It is a quite a useful guide for discussion - most liberals will find little to squabble with here (i.e, lacking the hubris of his lecture). His lecture however smacks of what he is castigating, a synthetic revolutionary, gaining stature and prestige through fallacious means and sowing further division. christopherrufo.com/resource/a-parents-guide-to-radical-gender-theory/

The fundamental error of Marxism is the belief that dveloppment is the result of conflict. Therefore provoking conflict of opposing forces is an existentiel matter for Marxism. However, the opposite is true when we observe the conditions in which positive développement occurs. What we find is the harmonious relationship of give and take between complimentary forces centred of an objective for the common good. This is the principle of existence, which can be observed and verified in nature and human activity. Experts should spend some time exploring this theory of the resulting 4 position foundation.
