First time I've ever seen this game dealt face up. I guess that's why they only allow 3X pre-flop.....you have that extra info.....but only if there are other players at the table.
NH has weird rules, all table games are dealt face up. I've played other places that only allow 3x and cards are dealt face down, it depends on the version of the game

other places very lightly enforce the no shearing rule but to take away X4?
