Yeah, Sans is tired and looks like a mess.
Also, the "only" hallucination that he has - is a phantom of his brother. Though, he knows that it's not the real Papyrus, seeing that it didn't disappear after reset and the fact, that it's nothing like the real Papyrus

Well, Murder (or, Dust. Doesn't matter) is still a "classic" Sans. Or, to be more precise, he remembers past resets. He changed his patterns on multiple occasions. He is constantly changing his patterns. He killed the human? Nice, he remembers how he did it. Now he will change the pattern. He died? That's bad, but he remembers how he fought, along with how exactly the human got the chance to kill him, so, new pattern of attacks and some kind of preparing to the old tricks, just so to he wouldn't fail like the last time.
So, his BIQ is insanely high (you could say, that this whole cycle can repeat itself for over 1000 times and even if he fights with the human in ruins, his boss fight will be harder than that of a normal judgement hall fight during normal genocides. So, he attacks you with better attack stat, better reaction, with karma and traps. Basically making his normal fight in judgement hall like a childsplay).
He can't be lazy, as he knows, that if he stops - the human will get stronger. And this mindset is with him for a long time, basically letting him have more stamina. So, he won't be limited with only 25 dodges, and with each reset, he should have even more stamina (more or less).
His max level is 20, while minimal - 16 (or 17). The reason why he can access lvl 20? Evacuation that Alphys made. Monsters that human couldn't kill. Even Asgore.
And seeing his base stats being 1, his stats at lvl 20 are not buffed by 20, seeing that human got buff with 4-7 HP, 2-3 attack and 1 defense with each level (or multiple), but buffed by way more than 20. So "His aura is triple times stronger than usual" is not accurate.
Purple attacks is what we call "fanon dust/dust sans"
I wonder what their reaction would be to a comic where Dust kills his brother
