So i think as "Sec 6(1) "b" is satisfied he should be Resident

1 - Stay in India in PY - 85 days (In sec 6(1) rule "b" it is 60 days
2 - And for 4 years stay in India days in example was 380 ( In sec 6(1) rule "b" 365 Days.
So i think as "Sec 6(1) "b" is satisfied he should be Resident

Sir, G is an Indian citizen, also satisfies basic condition (b) and dual condition for ROR. Why then he is NR? The question also does not specify that he is coming for visits in India, so why are we applying exception in this case? Shouldn't he be classified as Resident and Ordinarily Resident?
