And also don’t expect to learn as fast as this guy I been playing for 2 weeks and I’m not close to building how he does and if you have a small mouse pad it’s better to have your sensitivity high but if you have a full large mouse pad then u can use low sensitivity

This is like an expert oil painter switching to graphite. Different medium but a lot of the skill transfers. If you're a mediocre player on controller, switching to mnk isn't going to suddenly make you better and it's not going to be a switch made in like a week either.

This is like learning how to ride a bike. If you can properly do things on similar things (i dont know how to put it) then it's easier on harder things (like you can learn faster than other people) I had a really good balance on other things, so i learnt how to ride a bike in a few hours

i just switched kbm, i’m stuck on building, im used to pressing the build buttons on controlling and the builds placing when i do. like do i hold down the place button on the mouse while pressing the building binds. or do i just need to learn how to press the place button a bunch to place my builds

I'm a controller player, but keyboard and mouse are objectively better. This has always been the case, even back in the 90's with Quake, Half-Life, etc. The reason being is that the mouse grants you access to much quicker movements. Long distance play is negligible, as you have time... but up close shotgun battles are a nightmare with thumbsticks. A quick flick or 2 of the wrist with a mouse and you can turn on a sixpence, whereas using a thumbstick feels like doing a 3 point turn in an HGV

Tips: Make sure to use mouse scroll reset use a 60% keyboard and use edit on release
yeah it does make it easier with scroll reset and edit on release but not all are gonna use the same setting that you use it’s just self preference
