What a great song and classic. It was funny as i heared it in Madagascar 2. It needed some weeks until i remembered what was the name of the song i heared in the movie. Hope you enjoy my slowed version as much as the orginal.

What a great, late 1950s, version! Oh yeah. That is just swell! But it does kinda sound creepy.
It might be interesting to note. I am the engineer. That recorded the Latin percussion. On this Barry Manilow, Copacabana song. Initially, I had no idea what kind of a song it was or for whom? And so I didn't hear it again.
Until about a year later. When I'm in this, South Florida, dance nightclub. A club called the, Copacabana. And then this song by Barry Manilow comes called, Copacabana. While I'm at the,, Copacabana listening to Copacabana. And I recorded that Latin percussion track for that song. When I worked for that studio in, New York City.. And I had never heard the song in its entirety until then. A year later. And I was just blown away by that. I was just filling in for a missing assistant engineer. Who didn't make the call. Ann showed up about, 3 hours later.
Of course it became one of my all-time favorite songs. Because I helped!
