- The enteric nervous system describes the network of nerves and circuits of neurones that manage some of the processes of digestion within the gastrointestinal tract such as peristalsis, blood flow and gland secretion. It often gets called the second brain. What is the anatomy here and how does it work?

Our organs are innervated with local muscles which allows the organs to empower or disable muscles to invoke changes in our movement to improve the condition of our organs' environments. This is why so many people have lower back pain and horrible posture. The damaging diets that so many people consume are causing structural health issues aswell as many others.
