I’ve been having a bit of a rough week. It’s been good but at the same time I’ve been feeling really scared and stressed about some things. @@Miodaxander19 I was, yeah. It's extremely comforting for me to hear someone else's voice, especially when it is soft and/or the tone is kind. Nightmares are very common for me, so I typically resort to these sorts of videos to help calm myself down. It may not be as effective as other methods, but it helps, so it's a win :)

As someone who doesn't have nightmares often but only has them maybe once or twice every couple on months, ill have to admit that my nightmares get very... well realistic and well i can and have woken up screaming and or crying just depends on the contents of the nightmare
