It has helped tremendously. Our 4 yr old grandson and my daughter live with us, and you have helped us make even better choices for him. Not to mention my husband who has CHF. He started keto a month ago and has lost 40 lbs!! So much fluid GONE! We are all feeling better and thank you for your wonderful information.

Truly are an inspiration to Rose when she gets older of a hard hard worker. I love that you continue to call us family and are so down to earth and take advice of videos and actually do them differently and so well to the last one you put out. So happy for you to be working with chipotle i go there almost as much as you maybe a little more ;) and so happy a company you love saw you for you and what amazing things you talk about. I know those mystery thumbnail art gets many viewers i think you should stick with that thumbnail more often ;) So happy those blow up and you’re getting more family members. Loved the live stream last night and so happy those are doing well too. Thank you for taking the time out to read this I really mean it. And everything i say 100x over. Hi! I'm a big fan all the way from Japan, where unfortunately, food restriction is not as high here.
You really got me thinking about the honey ordeal, and the Japanese label covered all of the nutrition facts from imported foods. Japan does NOT have to label sugar contents.
I got my drier and pealed off one of the "Pure Canadian Honey" I bouqht at store where they sell imported foods, and I saw 16grams of honey in 375g jar.
      I cannot believe it!
I am going to purchase honey only approved by Japanese honey association from now on!
      Thank-you! Nana from Japan

    • @sarakhaldi5085

@Peppermint Japan I have heard that japan is supposedly very very strict on their food market and what they will and will not accept for imported food, from America that is. That is very frustrating food labels are covered up! It is also very stupid at the same time, because consumers are not dumb, they are going to do what you did at some point. I wouldn’t trust that store anymore.
I am positive we have the same problem in North America. Companies are greedy and lie.

Staying away from coffee when I don’t feel good is the worst. I get sick maybe once every few years, but my dad gets sick often it seems especially as he gets older. He was sick a few weeks ago after getting the flu shot, so I had to buy all this stuff ( even though he didn’t want it) soup, broth, electrolytes etc. I hate being sick because it’s just annoying. This was a good video!

I need my coffee in the morning.... I've been drinking the turmeric tea the last few weeks. Hoping it will ward off cold and sickness before my Winter vacation. I found out that Tumeric i also a blood thinner so drinking too much become a issue.

Can you talk about the weird gums in all vegan “imitation” products? Like vegan “cream cheese”, “yogurt”, etc. Also, where can you buy cashew no sugar yogurt or how can you make it? I found that to be closest to yogurt.
