There is no positive impact especially for Nagas...99% auto drivers are now Non local only few Nagas driving auto from Chumu to Dimapur ..Dimapur Police and Traffic police promote non Nagas with a huge amount for the department interest.. They betray the Naga youth entrepreneur... So sad to see the system
Very true... I'm also auto driver for the past 4 years.... After graduating , I started driving someone auto at rental and when I finally bought my auto for 40 k which is old as buying new is out of question , they started implementing auto display card system which I could not make as my vehicle previous owner didn't renew for 14 years, which the amount to make is more than lakh. Therefore , now I'm unemployed and my sweat for driving 4 years of someone auto and my saving is now zero , this commissioner is acting like God like the holy and implemented the whole complete law of MV ACT against auto driver which is legally right but God is watching law must be equal for all. I wish his son and daughter and his family have complete vehicle documents as mentioned in MV act. No taxi, or trucks or jcb have been Impounded they are all pllying for free, the jcb park at aramile area have no registration infact all the jcb after buying didn't do registration it must be impounded. Well they pay high bribe?? This must be the reason. But for auto we cannot pay high bribe. Note: I would not have bought failed documents auto if the law was implemented before, but in my 4 years driving , if the auto is genuine,have smart card that's it all good to go , before buying we check engine no chasis number if it match that's it. There was no ARDC system .
Why traffic police always target comercial vehicle taxi n auto driver ho they r also human not dog or cat private vehicle can drive without documents n freely na if traffic r brave then do ur duty honestly n check all vehicle equally private or govt

There are too many outsiders like bihari, miya and bengali who take things very lightly. When is the ILP getting implemented.? The flow of outsiders really need to be controlled for the benefit of our youths and women. . We need to make and clear their path movable. Priority is ILP.
