Despite of being reasonable this build is, meta chasers will always stick to meta. I personally think this build is fine, since i actually did the same back then, even until now. The additional few dps percentage spec gives, should also be taken into account. Yes you have bit of downtime, but you also deal a bit more dmg.

I have a similar scenario, I used to main Punisher Slayer and cut a bracelet spec crit bracelet with Hammer + Wedge, do you think this bracelet would be stronger than my crit swift bracelet with circulate wedge for predator? I would be losing about 100 swift and be around 1710 from 1830 to run the hammer wedge bracelet
Dont you lose valuable cool down reduction tho with less swift? Therefore youll do less dps ? unless you have full 10s cd. Right now with 9s , i still have a bit of down time with 1801 swift

But you dont have to change your build from full swiftness
