    I wrote this solo playing classic blues licks with lots of slurs, bends, and vibrato. They're all centered around the Pentatonic major and minor. The backing track I made is a 12-Bar Slow blues in 12/8 at 50 Bpm in the key of C.

    You are the first guitarplayer on RUclips who plays his guitar from the beginning. You don´t talk about 3 minutes and then take the guitar on your knee an talk again, till the first tone comes from one string. Your solos are so beautiful and with the tabs anyone, who can play a little blues on his guitar, will be able to learn a lot. It dosn´t matter how old he is. In 31 days I will be 80 jears old. 👍

    Blues music is the staff of life. I could listen to Blues all night long no matter my mood. It can both rejuvenate me or relax me. No other genre of music does both for me. Thanks for the great music. I’ve played for quite a long time but spend too much time doodling and need to hunker down and get serious about developing my lead guitar skills. I can play all types of rhythm guitar but watching and listening to your posts has been giving me motivation so i thank you my new mentor. Take care. I’ll be looking for more inspiration. 😇🫵🙏🇺🇦🇺🇸🇮🇱🎸

    I'm just months short of 70. Love good Blues. I am so old fashioned though... in some ways. Just bought a new Gretsch hollow electric, G5427TG in Midnight Sapphire. Love it! And the Gretsch sound. I read music... since starting at about age 11. But this may sound silly, I can not make heads nor tails out of TAB.

    This is great - I'm going to show it to my son who is learning guitar - not for the pentatonics but for the dynamics , feel & attitude .

    • @SugarTouch
      @SugarTouch 7 месяцев назад

      All music is about dynamics, feel and attitude. Pentatonics are waste of time :) If you'll play 100 hours of pentatonics, you will be able to play pentatonics. If you will play 100 hours of blues you will play blues. The most stupid decision is to play 100hrs of pentatonics trying to get the blues :) Exercises are good and theory is amazing but they are boring (exercises) and uninspiring. The best way to kill a passion to play. To play music you have to play more music. Nor shortcuts neither workarounds here :)

    • @сукот
      @сукот 7 месяцев назад

      @@SugarTouchI kinda hear what you are saying. It reminds me of my own approach. But exercising is useful. This fastest bas guitar guy from Durang Durang, 630 notes in a minute, so, when he is exercising, he showed to put the rubber band on the left hand between fingers to make them stronger.

    Great tone and phrasing and intermingling of major and minor blues scales. Epiphone B.B. King Lucille guitar? I would take it any day of the week over the Gibson ES 335 I had (which wouldn't stay in tune), and which is i/3 the cost of the Gibson. The Epiphanies guitars are a phenomenal deal. I have an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro that I picked up about 10 years ago for about $600, which sounds and plays as good, and stays in tune better, than the Gibson LP guitars I've owned. The Lucille is definitely in the running for my next guitar.

    The NHS can't be fixed with money. NHS staff are the modern day equivalent of Miners (I was one) most being lazy greedy and overpaid. Lack of adequate control has brought about a general lack of discipline and morale.
    Starmer will never fix it with his idea of paying for more staff (it already has too many)
    The existing people need to be made to do their jobs better.
    Give Reform UK a chance.

    Dear Andy: You need to offer a "try before you buy option" perhaps a 3-month freebie... or even a 1-month offer. It will be a "loss leader" business wise, but gives us skeptical types a glimpse of how we ear players can mimic that great blues sound you provide. (I have had too many disappointments... the list grows)
