What is Rosario Cavite famous for?
Fishing remains an important industry for the town, particularly the production of tinapang salinas, the locally famous smoked fish for which Rosario is known. The town was founded in 1845 and was the site of the historic Tejeros Convention in 1897 that established the revolutionary government led by Emilio Aguinaldo.

I remember right outside the church by the school. This lady cook bibingka pie with salted egg and cheese on top, under banana leaves. It was the best and I hope that she show her children how to do it. I miss how Rosario, Cavite was back in the 80’s. Not so many businesses and people. Everyone knows everyone. Simple life and quiet. They use to have a tennis court there on the right side of the church. Perya was popular during summer sa plaza. Ty for sharing ❤❤❤
