Hi rajput sir ..mera ek sawal h agar ap answer de paye toh bahut khushi hogi.
Mere electric rod ko jab on karte h toh main power switch down ho jata h ..isme kya problem h aur kya ye repair ho sakta h?
Aap ke electric rod mein shorting ho rahi hai open karke check karen wiring mein shorting ho rahi hogi ya fir coil earth ho gai hogi
Sir agar chalu rod ko haath lagega to shock legega kya
leakage hoga toh shock lagega isliye toh upkaran ki body ko earthing di jati hai hamari safety ke liye aur ghar mein bhi earthing hona jaruri hai tester se check karliya karen aur apni safety ka dhyan rakhen laparvahi na karen dhanyawad
Agar coil ke bodi earthing se heater kam nahi karraha to kay? Bodi earthing hata do to kam kar raha hi.

Sir.. In my case, wires are ok but issue is with heating coil. Ussey kaisey fix karey? I have checked with multimeter, wo open bta rha hai.

Heater coil ke dono siron ko ek bar achhe se emery paper ya file se ghiskar check karke dekhen yadi fir bhi open bata raha hai to heater coil internal open hai use repair nahi kiya ja sakta hai veh replace hogi

Heater mein yadi earthing proper connect nahi hai toh coil mein leakage hone ya fir coil body se short hone per water mein current aa sakta hai aur use tester se check kar sakte hai

Sir, when I am switching on my heating rod the main MCB of my home gets trip off...I checked the wires, everything is fine but why home MCB gets trip off ?
Aap heating rod ko open karke properly check karen phase neutral wire short ho rahe honge ya fir mains cord short ho rahi hogi

Iss condition mein yadi koi inductive ya resistive lode laga hua hai aur uska switch on hai toh neutral point per bhi phase batane lagega aur upkaran work nahi karega

You can use kerosene oil or thinner emery papper for cleaning those rusty terminals

Water heater ki coil mein yadi leakage hoga aur aap ke ghar mein yadi earthing nahi hai toh aap aisa bilkul bhi na karen aap ko shock lag sakta hai
Maltimeter konsa lena chahiye....
Aap ko kya kya Function chahiye uske hisab se kisi bhi brand ka le sakte hai. yadi aap naye hai toh aap abhi DT830D jo ki simple multimeter hai use le sakte hai.

When I switch on the geyser, mcb tripped, I checked my geyser at electric shop, but it is OK. I changed my mcb, too. Sir answer me please, quickly
Ur MCB rating may be lower than the geyser rating.. please check

Earthing clip is made up of metal. Why doesn't it cause shorting of live and neutral?
Because heater coil inside the metal cover there are no contact between the heater coil and metal cover. Earthing clip connected with metal cover therefore no shorting of live and neutral.
Agar coil ke bodi earthing se heater kam nahi karraha to kay? Bodi earthing hata do to kam kar raha hi.
