@FishermansHeadquarters a friend told me that about the bunker being pushed out on the first day it blows out of the west . That it might take a day or 2 of west winds for the bunker to swim towards shore . And that is what happened this pass weekend. But of course I forgot and went on Saturday and he went on Sunday he caught fish and I didn't. Have to mark that one down as a reminder lol
So many dogfish caught yesterday from seaside to barnegat inlet. Caught 5 myself on island beach on some bait. Better than nothing i guess. Striped bass are definitely around in the bay. Not monsters but some decent fish.
Glad to see you back on the water!
Thanks for watching! It's good to be back in the swing of this and catching fish. Tight lines brother.

@@ScottWettstein-e7f a lot of times big swell makes the bunker head for the deep and can scatter 'em

On vacation this week, so I was out yesterday an today got skunked. Not even a dogger. But I will be down the rest of the week, so we will see.
You'll get one little buddy. Big western winds this week will put you right on one. Keep going 🔥
Skunks happen and make the good days so much more rewarding.

The dogfish are out in force for sure fortunately theres a good body of striped bass in the region mixed in. It's game time.
