A fellow Malaysian R-user here. Glad to see such great bioinformatics/R/ML videos coming out of Malaysia - keep up the good work and thanks for the great videos!
hello. i have 8923x7323 pixel raster file. And I want to divide into 256x256 pixels small images for feed convolutional neural network. How can I do it in R. i just searching for this almost 5 day . pls help me
@@LiquidBrain github.com/Dulguun0515/code.git its my script but i can't upload my raster file its bigger than 25 mb. i just have big picture and I wanna split it into many smaller pictures.
Hi Brandon Yeo, I have been following your tutorials and have gained alot. Please why is it that here you never mentioned a test data. It seems the same training data was used for model evaluation. Or did I mis anything?
Well, it really depends on the purpose of running an autoencoder. In this case the NN is just used as a tool for dimensional reduction, so we don't evaluate using train/test.

Hi, I am new to R, can you please tell me little about library(FactoMieR), please? I can not find it.
hello, could you please tell me how to do autoencoder analysis for raster in rstudio? Thank you so much!
Great stuff! Appreciate these R tutorials for more advanced ML techniques. And the bird noises got the birds in my house chirping too haha :)
Birds are starting a revolution in this pandemic

You have a script you are working on? I can help you to have a look
