I’ve been at this for a while and blooming jell can be a bit difficult so you just have to keep trying. If you don’t have them get some cheap tips to practice with it will help. This is what I found is my blooming jell fails. Too slow when placing the coloured jell down, let it bloom too long, used really old/cheap/runny gel polish. If you are a really slow painter you can try using either top coat or base gel but you will have to see how it reacts to each gel polish. Keep trying.
