I don't know about other people but I'm actually really very happy that Lay is pretty popular in China and that, a lot of people know him. He deserves the recognition. I mean, Lay works very hard yet, SM doesn't recognize his hard work and Lay barely gets any screentime on the shows they go on too and focuses on other members. It's kinda saddening because he has worked really hard which is why, I'm really happy seeing all these people in China loving Lay, and the other members as well. PS; I am totally not Lay-biased because I believe that they are one, therefore I am EXO-biased~
Oh, I felt a little sad for Lay when he said he had not been home for Chinese New Year in three years and that he misses home. I have seen interviews with other trainees too, and the life of a trainee is not easy. And even after idols make their debut, there are challenges. There is fame and glamour for the lucky ones who become popular but also hard work, pressure, demanding schedules, constant travel, and separation from loved ones. Wow, a little over a year later, and EXO is so successful and well known. Wishing them continued success and most of all happiness

My heart is breaking. I only came here because I heard he talked about how scary his manager is... but it hurts watching them perform together. How much more we know and it hurts. Wishing that they would all just leave SM is not what they wished for when they auditioned and trained YEARS yes, years just to become the next kpop idol group. To be honest, sm made them what they are today, without sm they would not have a big boom in showbiz. The members of exo know what they are getting into already, they know that in exchange for the fruits of their hard work and pain, they will get popular and are ensured a life of "prosperity" but at the same time, not prosperity as they are not going to get equal amounts of pay. Well, what do you expect, since sm pours the money into promoting, concerts and so on. I am stating my view point of this, I feel like no one gets these main points

This is the company that is sued the most by its own artists (JYJ, Hangeng and now Kris) while companies like YG, for example has never been sued even once. If you're familiar with Hangeng's lawsuit, I believe his exact words are that SM "violates" his human rights? JYJ also chooses to sue SM at the peak of their popularity so that people would seriously consider what they have to say about SM. Regardless of what someone has done for you in the past, no one should have the right to take basic human rights away from you (ex. working you near an inch of your life and then some or refusing much needed rest). I think it's nice that you are thankful, but I think this sort of mentality can be dangerous sometimes especially in the case of collectivist societies wherein going against/disagreeing with seniors and mentors is seen as "biting the hand that feeds". By thinking and accepting that the company can do whatever it wants with you because it "makes you who you are", you overlook and allow them to abuse you. With that said, there is so little official statements made by both Kris and SM. The lawsuit is pretty abrupt and we still don't know the nature of it, so mistreatment is only one of the likely reasons. Though it'll make me happier if people can also consider that SM might play a large role in this instead of shifting all the attention/blame to Kris and the other EXO members.

Im so in love with how the happy camp mc always treat the guest in kindest way. I saw other entertainment shows in korea sometimes even bully the guest and do racist things to exo m member. I agree that the show exist to entertain the viewer but sometimes i think some of them just so cruel in many ways they treat their guests. Then i found happy camp here. Theyre not just entertaining but also showing us how to treat other people n appreciate who they are. We need more shows like this.

Angel haven Actually they skipped Luhan's performance because the audience leaked the filming of this episode before it aired on TV and they already warn them not to do that or they will cut a part in the show. And the announcers were being nice to them, you see in Chinese the words aren't really rude but when translated it sounds mean. Also, its very normal for Chinese shows to tease them like that and they only do that to guest they feel can take the fun and the laughs. Its all for entertainment and I felt like Exo M had a great time.

Shows like these, provide them with scripts. I'm pretty sure, they must have taken permission, or at least asked if it was okay for them to tease him. Teasing, somehow make the show funnier and the fans like it. So, I guess Tao didn't mind, hence they teased him. :)

Tao is very amazing yes, but they were playfully and lovingly teasing him. You can see that he was laughing along, not feeling assaulted. In Asian countries, people tend to tease in ways that Westerners may find inappropriate or impolite, but to them it's just casual fun. Not to mention, he's beyond adorable, so it'd be fun to lightly these him.
It's been such a long time but i can confidently say that exo's appearances on happy camp are the absolute best. The hosts are all so close and follow each other's jokes up so well along as taking care of the members so well

I'm no longer sad Kris left I still love exo and I appreciated Kris alot but theres something about him that makes me question all the time and I'm tired of it I guess. I just want to enjoy what's left of exo, and what's more of them but I can see that clearly alot of fans are still upset. I hope you guys will get over this soon, honestly I feel so relieved now that i realized what doesn't kill ...stronger. At first i was upset, confused and prayed he'll come back but later at some point i thought forget about him why i liked him so much anyway just because he's handsome? Stuff like that. My utmost advice to you is everytime you feel these negative feelings dont jump to conclusions. Free to question and feel whatever but when you jump to conclusion and take action, that's when you're responsible for what you did. Kris signed the contract he suffered, bad rep. for SM, exo moving on... when you are fixed on where you want like put someone to hell or hate this or that not a good idea it blinds you from the good things that might come out of it. This is the company that is sued the most by its own artists (JYJ, Hangeng and now Kris) while companies like YG, for example has never been sued even once. If you're familiar with Hangeng's lawsuit, I believe his exact words are that SM "violates" his human rights? JYJ also chooses to sue SM at the peak of their popularity so that people would seriously consider what they have to say about SM.
Regardless of what someone has done for you in the past, no one should have the right to take basic human rights away from you (ex. working you near an inch of your life and then some or refusing much needed rest). I think it's nice that you are thankful, but I think this sort of mentality can be dangerous sometimes especially in the case of collectivist societies wherein going against/disagreeing with seniors and mentors is seen as "biting the hand that feeds". By thinking and accepting that the company can do whatever it wants with you because it "makes you who you are", you overlook and allow them to abuse you.
With that said, there is so little official statements made by both Kris and SM. The lawsuit is pretty abrupt and we still don't know the nature of it, so mistreatment is only one of the likely reasons. Though it'll make me happier if people can also consider that SM might play a large role in this instead of shifting all the attention/blame to Kris and the other EXO members.

Im so in love with how the happy camp mc always treat the guest in kindest way. I saw other entertainment shows in korea sometimes even bully the guest and do racist things to exo m member. I agree that the show exist to entertain the viewer but sometimes i think some of them just so cruel in many ways they treat their guests. Then i found happy camp here. Theyre not just entertaining but also showing us how to treat other people n appreciate who they are. We need more shows like this.

He was so concerned over their safety when they fell, he volunteered to go up the platform with suho when he had to do trust fall, and helped the members drink bitter gourd as punishment etc ;___;

And the announcers were being nice to them, you see in Chinese the words aren't really rude but when translated it sounds mean. Also, its very normal for Chinese shows to tease them like that and they only do that to guest they feel can take the fun and the laughs. Tao is very amazing yes, but they were playfully and lovingly teasing him. You can see that he was laughing along, not feeling assaulted. In Asian countries, people tend to tease in ways that Westerners may find inappropriate or impolite, but to them it's just casual fun. Not to mention, he's beyond adorable, so it'd be fun to lightly these him.

I'm no longer sad Kris left I still love exo and I appreciated Kris alot but theres something about him that makes me question all the time and I'm tired of it I guess. I just want to enjoy what's left of exo, and what's more of them but I can see that clearly alot of fans are still upset.
