Did you tell them in the appeal that you were likely caught in the spam filter (most accounts that get disabled due to the spamming reason are recovered). If you said that you likely would've gotten your account back

I got disabled for harassment when I wasn't even saying anything negative to anybody I was only talking to my friends like any other ordinary person on discord and to put more salt on the wound I had nitro on that account absolute bullshit
