Great video. Yes, technology is here and we as artists and creatives will have to embrace it cause it's not going away. I think this program is going to help a lot of artists that are not the best singers and those that are "newbies" to singing and creating music that have no following to get started with decent/ very good vocals to get noticed and build a fan base.
This is just a better gui version of RVC. RVC operates the same way and can be ran on google collab allowing you to train your model free of cost on cloud gpu.
No no no. With RVC you can change an already existing vocal recording into another voice. With ACE Studio you can create a vocal performance out of thin air. It is like a virtual instrument but with vocals and text.
It's pretty impressive, I must say. I don't believe, though, that AI can ever sound as pleasing to the listener's ears as a good live recording. Obviously, our brains are not stupid and even if we can't pinpoint the exact difference between natural and AI I'm sure we can feel it. I think AI can be a wonderful tool. But nothing sounds like the real thing, just as no plugin sounds quite like the original instrument. Still, I'm very impressed by your little demonstration. Thanks :)
The difference is as drastic to my ears as a 4k photograph versus an impressionistic painting. Both are cool and similar but no cigars on the exactness. Could get better in the future.
Thanks! Great video and presentation on this controversial subject. I think it’s absolutely amazing the possibilities. I’m a recent user of this technology because I can’t sing well and am a song writer. It’s just opened up a whole new universe of possibilities!
This can be really good for sketches. Recently hung out with someone that produces Tate McRae and rather than having to pay her for the demo they used a service like this to pitch the song to her in advance. There are definitelysome use cases. Definitely not for everyone.
Did I just get Punk'd? 😅
🤣💪👍🙏🔥

It’s impressive but why not sing it yourself? 😂
