Honey flowers 🍯 the perfect sweet for holy week

These fried flowers, also known as flowers or honey roses, are typical of Easter and taking advantage of the dates I wanted to bring you the recipe, but it is always a good time to make a good tray! They are sweet, crunchy and delicious. I make them with honey, but you can coat them with sugar if you prefer.

Ingredients for the honey flowers:
🏵️ 200 g. wheat flour
🏵️ 150 ml. water
🏵️ 150 ml. of milk
🏵️ 25 ml. sunflower oil
🏵️ 3 tablespoons of ground aniseed
🏵️ honey or white/brown sugar for topping
